If you want to share the output of all the panels between the 2 residences (which is the most efficient way to ensure you maximise solar self consumption) then your only option is to consolidate the 2 meters in to one. An advantage of this is that you should save on standing charges (only having one official grid connection).

At worst one or both of them will give up the magic smoke. A better option would be to split your array in half and purchase a hybrid inverter. The hybrid inverter would power your critical loads off the panels connected to it, battery, generator, or utility in whatever order you set in the settings.

The best way to get solar power into the DP is to connect panels directly to the solar input (observing DP voltage limits). Each DP gets its own set of panels. Maybe you could set up a series of switches to transfer some of your panels over to the delta pros. Sounds a bit tricky though. Subpanel could get tricky too if it's over 30A and far away.

Not a duplicate. A solar panel is nothing like a battery or power supply. You can't just 'combine' two DC sources without matching the voltage. And you can't match the voltage of a solar cell without controlling the source current. Uwe is correct: get yourself a "grid-tied" inverter and it will sort this out for you.

By pairing solar panels with battery storage, it is very possible to run a house on solar power alone. And in many areas, it's cheaper than paying for electricity through a local utility. Without battery storage, you can use a combination of solar and grid electricity to run your house.
